Where AI actually pays (and where it does not)
The wins are rarely the flashy ones. They are the boring, repetitive tasks that quietly eat a week.
The best AI projects are unglamorous. They are not a chatbot on the homepage. They are the thing that reads the inbox, files the document, and drafts the reply you were going to write anyway.
We will tell you when AI is the wrong tool. Half the wins are a clean automation, not a model. The honesty about that is the whole point of hiring an operator instead of an AI hype shop.
Start where the work is repetitive, high-volume, and rule-shaped. That is where the hours come back.
